Sarah Tay

Sarah Tay is a ghost writer, behaviour coach and trainee psychologist. Her knowledge of human behaviour and her ability to communicate with people at all levels make her a sensitive and insightful person to work with. She came to clutter clearing through a natural tendency to organize and a desire to help people live freely and happily.

She holds a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and a further degree in Psychology. Sarah is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is currently studying part-time for her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.

 

Sarah has ghost written four books: Free Yourself From Fear with Dr Lucy Atcheson (Hay House); You Can Heal Yourself with Seka Nikolic (Macmillan); and Life DIY (HarperCollins) and Sort Your Life Out (Macmillan) both with Pete Cohen. As well as ghost writing personal development and health books, Sarah uses her knowledge of health and human behaviour in her coaching work at the Centre for Health and Human Performance and as a volunteer counsellor.

Sarah lives in Central London and works in London and the home counties.
